Sandy Hill Community Health Centre (SHCHC) is a non-profit organization that provides team-based primary health care, mental health support, health promotion programs, and community outreach.
We focus on the whole person - addressing not only medical needs, but also the social and economic factors that affect health, such as housing, income, and access to food.
We work with people of all ages and backgrounds, with a focus on those who face barriers to care.
We believe everyone deserves access to respectful, high-quality care and the opportunity to live a healthy life.

Supporting community initiatives and services that help individuals apply for important documentation, meet immediate needs, and reduce isolation.
