The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is held every year, to inform our members of previous and future activities of the organization.
The AGM is also the forum for the election of the Board of Directors by the members. This year, the AGM will be held on Wednesday, June 24, at our centre.
The business meeting will include, among other items, the election of the Board of Directors, presentation and approval of the Board Chair’s and Treasurer’s reports, review of the Centre's By-laws and appointment of auditors for the next fiscal year.
