About Sandy Hill Community Health Centre

Good health means more than just treating people when they are sick. Problems like poverty, addiction, and family violence can bring on illness - or keep people from getting well. At Sandy Hill Community Health Centre, we treat illness when it arises. We also work hard to create a healthy community so that people stay well and get the most out of life.

Our Community

Organizational Culture

SHCHC has a very strong and healthy organizational culture. This is made possible by a board that supports and encourages the Centre's core values and commitment to client centred services. Underlying all programs and services at SHCHC is a strong philosophy of helping clients take charge of their own health and community.
