SHCHC Award for Excellence in Health Promotion
From 2007 until 2022, the Sandy Hill CHC recognized outstanding contributions to the promotion of health in our community as well as those who have supported others during the pandemic, and we were proud to honour those whose activities and initiatives have contributed to improving the health and wellness of our community.
The award is currently discontinued, but retiring the award in no way precludes the Board of Directors from recognizing community initiatives, efforts and individuals in other ways (e.g., letters of commendation or recognition).
