This program helps you apply for or replace important identification, such as OHIP cards, birth certificates, and proof of citizenship. We can also safely store your ID for you and make it available when needed. Our team is here to support you through the process.

Who It's For
Individuals who are on ODSP, OAS, or other low income supports; who are unhoused or at risk of being unhoused; or who are Indigenous.
Services Offered
Assistance in applying for:
OHIP cards
Canadian birth certificates
Replacement proof of citizenship certificates
This program also provides an ID safekeeping service where clients can store their ID in a secure area and access it as needed.
We do not provide support for the Ontario Photo Card.

To book an appointment, call central reception at 613-789-1500. For walk-in visits, present to central reception to register for the ID clinic.
