SMART Recovery for Family & Friends is a mutual support group for people with loved ones who struggle with substance use or other addictive behaviours. The meetings help participants develop more effective coping strategies and communication skills while maintaining balance in their own lives. This meeting is co-facilitated with Pleo (Parent's Lifeline of Eastern Ontario), a family peer support organization.
