Health Services are available to rostered patients of Sandy Hill Community Health Centre.
Because many people in the community are seeking a primary care provider, SHCHC works with our Ontario Health Team and community partners to coordinate access to care.

When patient spaces become available, SHCHC selects new patients from the provincial Health Care Connect waiting list. In some cases, priority may be given to individuals with urgent or complex health needs and to priority populations identified through our community partnerships.
