Overview

Oasis is a walk-in, low-barrier primary care clinic for people who are experiencing homelessness, at risk of homelessness, involved in street-level sex work, or living with mental health or substance use challenges. We provide respectful, harm reduction-based care in a welcoming environment.

Who It's For

  • People aged 16 years and older

  • Individuals experiencing homelessness or housing instability

  • Individuals involved in street-level sex work

  • People living with substance use challenges

Services Offered

Services offered depend on an individual's goals and situation, and may include:

  • Walk-in medical care (no appointment required)

  • Ongoing primary care

  • Mental health and substance use support

  • Opioid Agonist Therapy (Methadone, Suboxone or Sublocade)

  • HIV, hepatitis C, and STI testing and treatment

  • Chronic disease management and preventive care

  • Harm reduction supplies and practical supports

  • Referrals to community and social services

  • On-site access to psychiatry, diabetes care, and foot care

Access

No appointment or referral is required.

Clients can visit the clinic during walk-in hours.
