Please note that there is no service disruption to the Centre's Oasis program. Our Urban Health Program is a walk-in, low-barrier primary care clinic for individuals who are experiencing homelessness, are living on the street, or are at risk of homelessness, and/or are wanting access to health, mental health, and substance use treatment, and/or are involved in sex work AND do not have a family doctor or need help re-establishing a relationship with their family doctor.
Our community health centre is easily accessible by bus and train, and there's plenty of parking, too.
