If you hold an OHIP card and are looking for a family doctor or nurse practitioner, please register with Health Care Connect at 1-800-445-1822. Our clinic selects new patients from the Health Care Connect waiting list as spaces become available.

Our centre offers a variety of health services including family medical care, chiropody, home visits, a same day clinic for our clients and community outreach. We also provide group sessions for information and advice on a wide variety of health issues and concerns. Our team consists of several family doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, chiropodists and a dietitian.
