If you are experiencing a medical emergency please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

 

If you are a Registered Health Services client and require urgent after-hours telephone medical advice, you can access the on-call services by calling 613-239-4006.

Hours of operation:

Monday – Friday evening from 5 PM until 8 PM

Saturday/Sunday/Holidays from 9 AM - 5 PM

Our Urban Health Program is a walk-in, low-barrier primary care clinic for individuals who are experiencing homelessness, are living on the street, or are at risk of homelessness, and/or are wanting access to health, mental health, and substance use treatment, and/or are involved in sex work AND do not have a family doctor or need help re-establishing a relationship with their family doctor. 

 

Adjacent to this clinic is also the Rapid Access to Addictions Medicine Program (RAAM), which is a walk-in clinic for people with substance use problems. Individuals can have quick access to addiction services without a referral or appointment. This first-come/first-serve service also offers brief counselling and referrals to community service.

 

Additional Details


Our team includes doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, social support workers and harm reduction workers who have expertise serving people who are homeless, have experienced trauma and/or are living with mental health and/or substance use disorders and/or HIV and hepatis C.

 

We offer Walk-in Health Clinics on Monday – Friday, 9-4pm.

 

Clients, 16 yrs and older can get help with:

  • Health issues (mental and/or physical and/or substance use), episodic and chronic disease management, preventative care, and palliative care,
  • Practical supports such as harm reduction supplies, access to social services,
  • Rapid access to addictions medicine, navigation to mental health and addiction supports, and other social service supports,
  • On-site access to specialty services: HIV+ and hepatitis C, psychiatry, diabetes, foot care.


The Oasis Primary Care clinic provides harm reduction-based medical services for people who use drugs.


Eligibility for Oasis Clinic:

  • People who inject drugs
  • People who smoke crack, crystal meth or opioids
  • People engaged in street level sex work
  • People who use alcohol
