Our Urban Health Program is a walk-in, low-barrier primary care clinic for individuals who are experiencing homelessness, are living on the street, or are at risk of homelessness, and/or are wanting access to health, mental health, and substance use treatment, and/or are involved in sex work AND do not have a family doctor or need help re-establishing a relationship with their family doctor.
Adjacent to this clinic is also the Rapid Access to Addictions Medicine Program (RAAM), which is a walk-in clinic for people with substance use problems. Individuals can have quick access to addiction services without a referral or appointment. This first-come/first-serve service also offers brief counselling and referrals to community service.

Our team includes doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, social support workers and harm reduction workers who have expertise serving people who are homeless, have experienced trauma and/or are living with mental health and/or substance use disorders and/or HIV and hepatis C.
