This report describes the findings from an evaluation of the outcomes of the Ottawa Supportive Housing for People with Problematic Substance Use Program. Specifically, it presents the outcomes for participants over the course of the 24-month study. The baseline interviews and 24-month follow-up interviews with individuals receiving rent supplements and community support from the program were completed between May, 2011, and April, 2015. Interviews with comparison group participants were completed between October, 2012, and April, 2015.
